Governance Targets 2012

1. To achieve overall 80% governor attendance at corporation and committee meetings.
2. To participate in training and development relevant to the role of Governor and to attend three training sessions each year.
3. All Governors to attend at least one College event each year.
4. All Governors to spend two year term as Link Governors on a rota basis
5. Agendas to be issued 7 days before meetings.
6. 95% of papers for meetings to be issued with agenda.
7. Draft minutes to be sent to the appropriate chair within 15 working days of meeting and approved within 10 working days of being sent.
8. To continuously improve as a Corporation by setting and achieving challenging Key Performance Targets that are reviewed on an annual basis.
