How to complain

The College is committed to providing a high standard of education and welfare for all students.  However, should you wish to complain we recommend that you start by discussing your worries with the person directly in charge, who would then ensure that the college complaints procedure is followed.  If we are unable to resolve your complaint internally, you may wish to contact Ofsted on 08456 404040, or alternatively in writing at Ofsted, Royal Exchange Buildings, St. Ann's Square, Manchester.
