Accommodation for over 18 students

Self catering and catered accommodation packages are available to students over the age of 18 years. Self-catered halls are fully equipped with appliances to enable you to cater as if you were at home. Fully catered packages can be bought at an additional charge to include weekday evening meals and brunch at weekends. Catered halls have a common room with a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster to enable you to make light meals and snacks. Superior catered rooms and adapted rooms are also available on site.

Limbury and New Vicarage Halls of Residence

Self-catered accommodation

There are 13 self-catered buildings located on campus; 10 buildings within the Limbury Halls of Residence and 3 buildings within the New Vicarage Hall of Residence, housing 217 students. The halls have two kitchens per building. The kitchens are equipped with a cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and ironing board. Students should bring their own crockery and cutlery.

Catered accommodation

There are 10 catered buildings located on campus within the New Vicarage Halls of Residence, housing 200 students. Each building has a common room equipped with a fridge, kettle, toaster and ironing board. Please note that cookers and freezers are not available within these buildings.

There are thirteen catered superior rooms located in the Limbury and New Vicarage Halls of Residence. These have all the facilities detailed above but are larger rooms with more wardrobe space and a seating area. Rent is £4508.00 per academic year. Fully catered packages can be purchased for an additional £1320 per annum.
