General On Campus Accommodation Information

Over 18s are entitled to stay in halls over holiday periods excluding the summer vacation. Over 18 FE students may be required to vacate their room for 12 days over their licence period, during holiday periods

• Student hall representatives will be elected by students in New Vicarage and Limbury blocks at the start of the year to help organise events and represent the students in the block
• Cleaning is provided at no cost to the students, so students are requested to aid the Day Warden to keep the facilities tidy and fit for use. Bedrooms are cleaned once per week and communal areas generally Monday to Friday
• The internet service is wireless in certain areas of the campus (so can be impacted by demand)
• Breakfast (Monday to Friday) is included in catered accommodation options. Dinner (Sunday to Thursday) and Brunch (Saturday and Sunday) can be purchased as an extra to ensure a student can budget more easily throughout the year
• Rent is inclusive of all utility bills
• Access to each building is controlled by computerised fob for extra security
• Please note that bedding is not provided and you are asked to bring your own duvet, pillows and bed linen. Bedding and linen are available to international students at a charge. Students are responsible for their own laundry and laundry facilities are available on campus.
