College managed off campus accommodation for over 18 year olds

The College manages six properties, five located within Gloucester (four miles from Hartpury) and one located within the smaller town of Newent (six miles away). These properties are either flats or rooms with shared facilities. All the properties were formerly large residential houses and room sizes do vary, however this is reflected in the rental price. All rooms are rented on a self catered basis, are fully furnished and are let for a total of 45 weeks. Rooms and flats do not need to be vacated during holiday periods. Rent includes all utility bills and internet access, where available. A College bus pass is available to and from Gloucester/Hartpury College.

13 Alexandra Road, Kingsholm, Gloucester

Situated within walking distance of the city centre. There are 14 single rooms, a large communal kitchen and lounge and shared bathroom facilities. Parking is limited at the rear of the property, however there is on road parking at the front. Wireless broadband internet access is available.

The Grange, Barnwood, Gloucester

Situated on the outskirts of the city centre. Access to your own transport would be beneficial. There are six flats, either containing three or four bedrooms that accommodate 21 students. There is limited parking at the rear of property. Internet access is available.

Newtown Farmhouse, Newent

Situated approximately six miles from the College. Access to your own transport will be needed as public transport to and from this rural location is very limited. There are 12 single rooms with communal kitchen and lounge and shared bathroom facilities. Internet access is available.

City Centre accommodation

Westgate Street

Situated close to the Cathedral in the pedestrianised area of the city centre. There are 21 single rooms with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities and a common room. Internet access is available in each room.

Southgate Street

Situated on the edge of the pedestrianised area of the city centre. There are 13 rooms with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities. Internet access is available.

Situated close to the city centre. There are 38 single rooms with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities. Internet access is available.

Parking is not provided at any of the city centre properties apart from some limited parking at Alexander Road and The Grange.
