Monday to Thursday: 8.30am-9.00pm

Friday: 8.30am-7.00pm
[reference and self service: 4.30pm-7.00pm]

Saturday and Sunday: 11.00am-5.00pm

Borrowing

All students and staff are registered on the library’s catalogue system.  The Hartpury ID card also works as the library card.  As the LRC operates a self-service system for the issue of books, it is important to carry this card at all times.  It is also possible to renew and reserve books through the library catalogue.  A PIN will be required for these services, please ask at the Service Desk.

Library Catalogue

The stock of the LRC is listed on the Library Catalogue. This can be accessed from the dedicated PCs on both floors of the LRC or from any PC with Internet access at:

By selecting Your Account on the Library Catalogue you are able to:

• See what books you have on loan
• Check when they are due back
• Renew books on loan to you
• Check your borrowing history
• Place holds (reservations) on items out on loan

For these services you will need your Hartpury student number e.g. BLA09021234 and your PIN.

Information for visitors

Members of the general public are welcome to come and use the LRC for reference purposes, but we advise phoning in advance to confirm opening times and space occupancy.
