Hartpury Modern Pentathlon Academy Ladies win at National Triathlon Championship Finals

At the recent National Triathlon Championship Finals held in Solihull, the Hartpury Modern Pentathlon Academy ladies team of Jemma Westgate, Hannah Wain and Emily Keane were victorious. They all performed well amid a strong field and finished on the top step of the podium after a hard struggle. Hannah and Emily are new to Hartpury this academic year and have performed well. Jemma who is in her final year of her Extended Diploma competed in the Youth ‘A’ European and World Championships this year, and has been the mainstay of the team.

The next big event is the start of the National Selection Competitions, which is a set of three selections after which competitive teams are selected for next year’s international programme. The first competition is the first weekend of December and it will be held at the National Training Centre at Bath.
