Two Hartpury staff to write for Olympic journal

Two Hartpury members of staff will soon have a research article published in a special journal edition entitled: Reflective Practice: International and Multidisciplinary Perspectives.

Sarah Lee, Subject Leader for Applied Sport and lecturer Martin Dixon, along with Professor Tony Ghaye from the Institute of Reflective Practice (RL-UK) made a trip to Plymouth recently to meet with and interview Andy Banks, who is coach to swimmer and Olympic hopeful Tom Daley. As well as Tom, Andy works with a number of GB divers and is on the coaching team for the London 2012 Games.

The edition of the journal is also being edited by Sarah, Martin and Tony and should generate a lot of interest from scholars and practitioners in the build up to the Olympic Games next year.
