Selection Process and Scholarships
Selection Process
Acceptance onto a course (sport or otherwise) at Hartpury does not automatically entitle a student to a place within Hartpury Sports Academy.
Selection into the Academy is limited and based upon ability.
Selection is confirmed after participation in sports trials, held during the first half of term as part of the selection process and students must maintain good academic standing, as well as agreed sporting and behavioural standards to retain their place in the Academy.
Scholarships
Players with exceptional talent may be offered a Sports Academy Scholarship, providing assistance towards accommodation fees. Some players may also be offered a bursary to provide financial assistance towards expenses.
