Transport
Transport Information for 16-18 year old students
Hartpury College operates a fleet of minibuses around the county to transport non-resident students to and from the campus. The routes are planned annually in line with demand and location. These services operate during term time and all are planned to arrive at the College by 09.15. The return journeys in the afternoon leave at the end of the teaching day at 16.15.
Whilst every effort is made to supply Hartpury transport to as many areas as possible, where a good public service already exists, you may be asked to make use of this service. This allows the minibus fleet to cover the more rural locations that have little or no public transport.
We also operate large coaches into the main areas such as the Forest of Dean, Evesham, Tewkesbury and Stroud (subject to demand).
A subsidised bus service that runs between Gloucester and the College is also available throughout the day and into the evening. This service is operated by Swanbrook and a timetable is available from Student Services or as a download below. A service also runs daily on weekdays between Bishops Cleeve and Cheltenham and the College. And a limited service runs between Cheltenham and Gloucester to the college at weekends for resident students.
