How to Apply

International students who wish to study at Hartpury College can follow a simple process of application.

The first step to take is to make an initial enquiry. This can be achieved through contacting the College by:

On making the initial enquiry, our International Team will do their best to provide you with all the information you require.

When all your questions have been answered, we will take your name, address and contact details and will send you a Hartpury College information pack.

The pack includes all the details you should require and has specially tailored sections for international students.

If after reviewing the information pack you wish to proceed with applying to Hartpury College, then you must fill in one of the following application forms.

Application Form 1 - is only to be completed if you want to apply for a Further Education course and our Study Abroad Programme, the form is supplied within the Hartpury College Enquiry Guide and Application Form. Please ensure you attach copies of your educational certificates and two references. If English is your second language a score of IELTS 5.5 is required for these programmes, if you have sat this test remember to attach a copy of your certificate with your application. Application Form 2 - if you wish to study an Undergraduate course you must apply through the UK Central Admissions Service (UCAS) and complete a form requested from UCAS (opens in a new window). If English is your second language a score of IELTS 6.0 is required. For further assistance please refer to Pre-sessional courses at Hartpury College and British Council offices. Students with English as their second language that wish to enrol on the Veterinary Nursing Degree programmes, will have to have IELTS 7.0 (or equivalent) if they wish to take the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons Qualification.

Application Form 3 - for students who have completed a Degree and wish to progress onto a Postgraduate course at Hartpury College you can download a PDF version of the Postgraduate Application Form (available below). Please ensure you attach a covering letter, copies of your educational/degree certificate and two references. If English is your second language a score of IELTS 6.5 is required for these programmes, if you have sat this test please attach a copy of your certificate with your application.
