Meet and Greet Airport Service

We aim to offer peace of mind to overseas students coming to study at Hartpury College by providing a Meet and Greet complimentary airport collection service from Heathrow, Gatwick, Bristol and Birmingham International Airports. This service is aimed at new 1st year full-time students. You will be collected and transported directly to Hartpury College and this service will be repeated in the summer at the end of the academic year.

To book a seat on one of our free arranged pick up day/times, 1st year students will be sent a password once they have accepted their offer and meet the entry requirements.  Once you have this you need to visit our online shop and complete the booking form.  The International department will be informed of your booking and send you email confirmation.

A member of staff will meet you in the arrivals area, near the exit. Look out for the hand-held sign "Hartpury College" and/or your name.  Please do not leave the terminal building until you have met up with a Hartpury representative.

We will pick up from:

London Heathrow Airport - 2 hours by road to Hartpury College
Gatwick Airport - 3 hours by road to Hartpury College
Bristol Airport - 1 hour by road to Hartpury College
Birmingham Airport - 1 hour by road to Hartpury College

For returning 2nd and 3rd year students, you can only book transport through the on line shop but a fee will be quoted and have to be paid for at time of booking.

Hartpury transport may be available if returning home during other vacation periods, e.g. Easter (April), Christmas (December) but can only be booked using the on line shop at www.hartpury.ac.uk  There will be a charge for all students using this service during these periods and will have to be paid for at time of booking.

The City of Gloucester does have a main line train station from London, Bristol and Birmingham. If you arrive by this means of transport you would then need to travel by taxi to Hartpury College. The College is 10-15 minutes by road from the station and the fee for one way will be around £10.  You may also wish to travel by the National Express Bus, visit www.nationalexpress.com for further information.
