Important
The financial model for acceptance of International students is as follows:
1. Payment of the following fees is required when the student accepts their place:
50% annual tuition fees*
First installment of accommodation*
2. The remaining balance of the annual tuition fee and first installment of accommodation must be paid in advance of departure to the UK. Non payment of fees will result in the student not being able to enroll or complete their studies. The student could then be escorted back to the airport and the Home Office informed of non compliance to their student visa. Students who are applying for a grant or loan from their country’s education funding department, will not necessarily have to pay tuition fees in advance. You will however, need to supply supporting evidence to show that funding has been confirmed prior to travel to the UK. You will not be able to enrol on your programme if this evidence is not supplied.
*These payments can be viewed as a 'fully refundable deposit' should the student not take up the place offered at Hartpury College. An administration fee of £110 will be deducted from the refund.
