Animal Management BTEC Level 3 Diploma

The course:

This Level 3 Diploma has been designed to allow students the opportunity to progress further with their academic studies and potentially gain access to higher education. This course will provide you with the opportunity to develop a more in-depth understanding of animal management, animal anatomy and physiology and animal husbandry. You will be able to care for the rich variety of species housed within the Animal Care Centre, and gain work experience in a variety of animal related organisations.

As a BTEC Level 3 Diploma student, you are given the opportunity to go on study tour to an animal rich location, enabling you to observe and study a range of exotics within their natural habitat.

Academic progression:

When you have successfully completed your BTEC Level 3 Diploma Animal Management, you can progress on to higher education. The Foundation degrees in Animal Science, Animal Welfare and Behaviour and Veterinary Nursing Science offered at Hartpury are popular study options for students who are looking to extend their knowledge.
