Sport (Coaching) BTEC Level 3 Subsidiary Diploma

The course:

If you want to pursue a career in the coaching, teaching or sports therapy industries or are planning to progress on to a higher education sports degree, this Subsidiary Diploma is aimed at you. During your year at Hartpury you will gain an in-depth understanding of sports development, coaching and fitness, nutrition, psychology, team sport and working with children. Within your year of study, you will participate in coaching within the community as part of your practical study.

Academic progression:

If you have successfully completed your BTEC Level 3 Subsidiary Diploma Sport (Coaching) along with a recommendation from your course tutor, you may be able to progress on to year two of the BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma Sport (Coaching).
