The Course
This course has been designed to cover a range of tasks and activities that you are likely to come across during your day in the office. It helps you to be more confident in using the telephone and other pieces of office equipment. It looks at the skills needed to deal with visitors to the office and the factors you need to consider when thinking about security, confidentiality and sustainability.
The course has been designed to compliment the Business and Administration NVQ.
