Developing and training your staff will provide you with a better skilled and happier workforce, and this will ultimately reflect in your customer retention.

We offer a range of integrated, flexible training and learning solutions for businesses through our dedicated Centre for Rural Business (CfRB) located in the Courtyard of Hartpury College. Our Business Development Co-Ordinators will visit you to discuss all your business needs and carry out an organisational needs analysis with you. They will advise you on the wide range of courses and workshops on offer, the funding and projects that are available to you and devise a bespoke training and learning solutions package for you to consider. They will remain as your key point of contact before and during delivery, and afterwards to ensure ongoing needs are met.
