Emily developed an interest in teaching practical and clinical skills to veterinary students and worked in the vet school’s clinical skills lab at the University of Bristol, which lead to an opportunity to pursue a Masters by research project. Emily’s research investigated the teaching and learning of clinical reasoning in veterinary education, particularly focusing on the comparative differences between the problem solving of experts and novices during a clinical case.
