Sarah Sandford - Lecturer in Sports Therapy

Sarah gained an undergraduate degree in Sport and Exercise from University of Gloucestershire in 2004. Following this she embarked a teaching career in FE Sport at Hartpury College. During this time Sarah specialised in anatomy and physiology, and sports injuries. She returned to university in 2010 to embark on a master’s degree in Sports Therapy. Since graduating from the master’s degree Sarah has specialised in rugby; working with a local rugby club and various Gloucestershire County Rugby teams. In addition to this Sarah runs a private clinic focuses mainly on the athletic population. She started working in HE Sport at Hartpury in July 2014 and my teaching areas focus on clinical examination and also emergency care in sport.
