Hartpury College


Thomas has an undergraduate degree in Sports Coaching and Conditioning and a post-graduate Masters in Coaching Science alongside a Post Graduate Certificate in Higher Education Teaching. Thomas has previously worked for the NHS, managing group dynamics and responsible for the organisational structure and training for new staff.

Thomas has worked with Gloucester RFC helping the community development team and provided coaching for residential camps. Before gaining a lecturing job within Sport Coaching Thomas worked as a Graduate Assistant aiding with the coaching delivery and advising students within Higher Education.

Thomas is currently a Hartpury Rugby Academy Head Coach, in addition to coaching spells at Representative Age Grade level. Thomas is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and Institute of Leadership and Management Level 5 qualified.
