You can apply for Hartpury finance packages from 1 April in the same year you're joining us. You'll find the forms below to download.

Financial support funds are available to students from low-income families. Accommodation Bursary is available to students wishing to stay in college accommodation. You may be eligible to have your accommodation costs paid in full, or just partly covered. This will depend on your household income.

• Students will be studying Further Education courses at Hartpury College in Agriculture, Animal, Equine and related subjects.

• Students should be from households where total income is in the order of up to £33,000 per annum.

• Students are required to be participating (or interested in participating) in sporting activities.

Three Counties Agricultural Society Bursary in Memory of Joe Henson MBE supports those within the three counties of Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire venturing into further education in agriculture or related subjects. The bursary supports up to three years of study, with up to £1,000 per annum provided each year.

Joe Henson MBE Bursary

Three Counties Agricultural Society Bursary in Memory of Joe Henson MBE supports those within the three counties of Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire venturing into further education in agriculture or related subjects. The bursary supports up to three years of study, with up to £1,000 per annum provided each year.

If you’re under 19 on 31 August of the year your course starts and meet the eligibility requirements* there’s no charge for tuition fees for studying at Hartpury College. This includes exam fees for qualifications which make up your study programme.

You’ll be required to pay a non-refundable £75 educational visits fee when you enrol.

If you’re over 19 and want to study at Hartpury College, you may qualify for funding depending on your circumstances:

  • If you’re aged 19-24 with an EHC plan there is no charge for tuition fees for qualifications which make up your study programme
  • If you’re 19+ and don’t already hold a Full Level 3 qualification you may be eligible for funding under the Adult Education Budget

*You must have been resident in the UK (this includes Crown Dependencies (Channel Islands and Isle of Man)) for the last three years and have the right of abode in the UK.

Alternatively, you may be eligible for an Advanced Learner Loan. Your eligibility isn’t dependent on income and there are no credit checks. Check your eligibility.

Channel Islands and Isle of Man (Crown Dependencies)

Provided that you meet eligibility requirements, there's no charge for tuition fees for qualifications that make up your study programme.

British Overseas Territories

Provided that you meet eligibility requirements and you're a resident of one of the below British Overseas Territories, there's no charge for tuition fees for qualifications that make up your study programme.

  • Anguilla, Bermuda, British Antarctic Territory, British Indian Ocean Territory, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Falkland Islands, Gibraltar, Montserrat, Pitcairn, Ducie and Oeno Islands, Henderson Island, South Georgia and the South Sandwich, Saint Helena and its Dependencies or Turks and Caicos Islands.

 

Diplomas, A-levels, T Levels Access to Higher Education fees per year of study

Your first year costs in one easy package

We offer an all-inclusive fee package of £24,500 for our international students. This enables you to pay the bulk of the ‘extras’ in advance so you have less to organise!

This package covers the following for your first year at Hartpury:

  • Your first year tuition fees
  • On-site accommodation
  • Three catered meals a day, seven days a week
  • Bed linen (including pillows and duvet)
  • Crockery and cutlery pack
  • Gym membership
  • Transfers between the airport to Hartpury at the start of the year and holidays (six transfers per year)
