Your Hartpury experience

As an international student you will receive help and guidance from our international office during your application process and then throughout your time with us. There is plenty of support on campus, including 24/7 wardens, and within our student zone you will also find the wellbeing centre, learning support, nurses, the college chaplain, the Student Union and departments such as student finance and IT, all of whom are there to help you throughout your course.

You will also be able to access help with learning in our study skills drop-in sessions in the College Learning Centre, and careers advice in our Innovations, Careers and Advice Centre.

Alongside your fellow students you will also work towards the Hartpury certificate which brings together a number of different aspects including work experience, progression in Maths and English skills and your personal and wellbeing development.

Where we are

Hartpury is set 10 minutes outside the cathedral city of Gloucester, on a rural campus complete with world class facilities.  We are easily accessible for those students travelling from outside the UK; we are less than an hour from two international airports, Birmingham and Bristol, and about two hours by train or car from London.

Accommodation

The team at Hartpury understands and appreciates that moving away from home and studying in a new environment is a big financial commitment and offers various challenges and emotions for the student and their family. From our experience, we have found that one of the most common concerns is regarding their child’s safety and wellbeing.

The personal welfare of our students in of paramount importance to us and we offer a very customer focused service including 24hr residential wardening team and a dedicated accommodation and student wellbeing team.
