Choosing your university is a massive decision. Not every student will fit into every course.

If you're still unsure about where's the right  fit for you, Hartpury University Centre is still considering applications for September 2016 for our degree courses but they are filling up fast.

At Hartpury University Centre we specialise in a wide range of degrees across Animal and Agriculture, Equine and Sport  at our specialist campus only 10 minutes from Gloucester and 20 minutes from Cheltenham. We offer everything from Bioveterinary and Animal Science, Animal Behaviour and Welfare and Animal Science with Therapy to Physical Education and School Sport, Sports and Exercise Sciences, Business Management, Performance, Coaching, Therapy and Exercise Nutrition. In Equine, degrees cover all areas of Equine Science, including with Therapy, Equine Business Management and Performance and Equestrian Sports Coaching, making use of our fantastic new Rider Performance Centre and Therapy Centre. We also offer really hands-on agriculture programmes with access to our own Home Farm and a wide range of commercial opportunities.

There’s a range of flexible study options available, including part-time if you want to fit in your degree around your work or your family commitments. And, if you don’t quite get the grades you need for a full Honours degree programme, you're a more practical learner or you’re hoping to get back into education, our Foundation degrees could provide your perfect route into higher education.

Our graduates have gone on to some really exciting careers, including military dog handler with the British Army, wildlife ranger in Australia, biodiversity field officer, CEO for British Dressage, national equine journalist, performance analyst at Liverpool Football Club and academy coach for Welsh Rowing. Many others have set up their own successful businesses.

At Hartpury, a degree is so much more than a piece of paper. We work with industry leaders, professionals clubs and top companies in the UK and throughout the world to open doors to incredible opportunities for our students – from exciting work placements to amazing jobs.

But perhaps the most special thing about Hartpury is that there are so many opportunities for our students to gain real world experience on our own specialist campus.

To discover how you could be the next chapter in Hartpury’s success story, take a look at our course pages on the website, download a prospectus or call our admissions team on 01452 702333.

Or why not come and see us here at Hartpury at one of our open drop-in sessions? These will be running on two dates:

Friday, 19th August 2pm to 5pm

Saturday, 20th August 10am to 1pm

You’ll have the chance to speak to our academic staff about the courses you are interested in and ask any questions you may have about admissions, finance and accommodation. Campus tours will also be available.

These events give you the opportunity to have a tour of the Hartpury facilities and chat to our academics and admissions team to ensure you have the right programme for you.  There is no need to book, just come along to our University Library Centre (ULC) at Hartpury when the sessions are running.
