At Hartpury we understand that there will be more to your College life than just studying. We run an exciting and varied social Sport & Fitness enrichment programme (Hartpury Active) available for all of our students to participate in both on and off campus. Come and join us at lunchtime or after College and meet new people, try a new sport or simply keep fit with one of our fantastic value fitness classes!
What Sports & Fitness Classes are available?
The Hartpury Active programme offers a wide variety of sports and fitness classes for you to choose from. We run team sports such as 5 a side Football, Girls Football, Netball, Ultimate Frisbee and Hockey and we also run drop in sessions in Basketball, Tennis, Cheerleading and Badminton. Some of our Fitness Classes include Circuits, High Intensity Interval Training, Female Gym and our Running Club – so there really is something for everyone!
What Do I Need to Take Part?
Most of our Hartpury Active Programme is free of charge – but some of the fitness classes cost just £1. Also many of our sessions don’t need any particular clothing – wear what you feel comfy in (as long as the coaches say it is safe to do so). Then you just turn up at the activity with your student card as often or little as you like – it’s simple!
If you are a prospective or current student and would like more information on any of the above then please contact our College Sport Maker, Sarah Haden on 01452 702534 or email@example.com
Similarly if you are a local club or leisure provider and would be interested in developing links with this programme then please also contact Sarah Haden to express your interest in working with us.
