The Equine Therapy Centre is overseen by Dr Kathryn Nankervis B.Sc. M.Sc. CVPM. Kathryn studied Physiological Sciences at Newcastle University and Equine Science at Aberystwyth University.
Kerry-Anne Bourne Assistant Manager Kerry Anne was appointed Assistant Manager in June 2014 and is in charge of running our yard of in-patient horses and managing our student volunteer population.
Hannah joined us as Equine Therapy Centre Assistant in September 2014 having completed a BSc (Hons) in Equestrian Sports Science at Hartpury in June 2014, gaining 2:1 for her efforts.
Jessica is working with us as part of a year-long Graduate Internship, having graduated from Hartpury College in 2104 with a BSc (Hons) in Equine Management, having first completed a FdSc in Equine Science and Management.
Claire originates from Worcestershire and saw practice as a student at Three Counties Equine Hospital LLP before graduating from Cambridge University in 2004.
Kelvin runs a large farriery practice called Sandpitt Forge, covering Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and Warwickshire, specialising in remedial shoeing and trimming.
Alan is resident farrier at Three Counties Equine Hospital, working from a purpose-built forge and has been an associate in the practice for the past 17 years. .
He has been undertaking remedial farriery for the Equine Therapy Centre for 10 years.
Jim is a mobile farrier covering Gloucestershire and Herefordshire, regularly attending the Equine Therapy Centre to shoe horses residing with us for the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries.
Liz has been involved in the investigation and treatment of injury in horses for approaching 30 years and treats many of the Equine Therapy Centre’s in- and out-patients on a referral basis.
Originally from Northern Ireland, John qualified from the University of Glasgow in 1999 and is a Partner in Three Counties Equine Hospital.
