Canine Hydrotherapy

Back by popular demand! The Equine Therapy Centre has recently taken on the management of a canine water treadmill, offering controlled exercise for dogs following veterinary referral. We hold weekly clinics with physiotherapists who oversee the exercise programmes of the dogs in conjunction with the vet in charge of the case. The water treadmill can be used:

• For preoperative fitness and conditioning
• Rehabilitation following surgery
• Improvement in cardiovascular fitness
• As part of a weight loss programme
• Purely for fun!
