Osteopathy for Riders at the
Equine Therapy Centre

The Equine Therapy Centre is now offering individual appointments for assessment and treatment by osteopath Liz Launder. Liz has 20 years experience assisting riders to improve their posture, comfort and performance.  Her unique and insightful assessment of posture and movement patterns using a combination of ground exercises and riding simulator shows riders how to break bad habits and ride more comfortably, efficiently and effectively.

Osteopathic treatment appointments are also available within the Equine Therapy Centre as follow-up to the initial assessment.

Osteopathy for Riders provides targeted, personalised feedback which is instantly applicable to your everyday riding. At the end of the session, you receive a written report, and instructions for follow-up exercise.
