Complete an application form
Download and complete an application form and send it back to us by either:

  • Scanning and emailing to admissions@hartpury.ac.uk
  • Faxing a copy to 01452 700629
  • Posting it to Admissions, Hartpury College, Hartpury, Glos, GL19 3BE

Attend an interview
Once we receive your application we will write and invite you to attend an interview and written assessment with a member of staff on your chosen course. The interview is an opportunity to discuss the course content, ask any questions you may have and go on a tour of the campus. If you are successful at interview, we will send you written confirmation of your offer on the course - subject to you achieving the required GCSE grades. Accommodation and transport details will be sent with this letter if you requested this. You cannot apply for transport or accommodation unless you have been offered a place.

Get ready to start
During the summer before you start at Hartpury we will send you details about joining instructions, which includes information about induction and enrolment. There will be various forms you need to complete and send back to us before you start in September.
