Spanish sensation Kieran jumps to success at senior show

Hartpury Equine Academy rider Kieran Masters sprung to success as he finished in first place at last week’s Senior British Showjumping show at Summerhouse.

The Spanish starlet, from Majorca, jumped a double clear with Oxala de Batailley in the 1.20metre class to finish top of the leaderboard, while the duo also produced the same feat in the 1.15m class to secure a silver medal.

Kieran is currently studying a BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Horse Management and this summer he shone in France as he secured his first ever international class success. Last year, the 18-year-old competed at the Longines Global Champions Tour when the event visited his nation’s capital, Madrid.
