New Agriculture students go behind the scenes at Cotswolds Farm

Farmer Nick Bomford  guided Hartpury’s new cohort of Foundation degree Agriculture students around his farm in the Cotswolds this week.

The students took the opportunity to see sustainable and conservation farming practised on the modern, arable Guiting Manor Farm.

They quizzed Nick on all manner of topics including farm management, sustainable crop production and the need to feed a growing population.
