Competition Information

Following the success of last year’s Show Jumping Spectacular, Hartpury College has produced a schedule that will cater for all. The competition will run over 3 days 9th 10th and 11th December starting on the Friday afternoon at 14.45hrs with the Andrews Bowen Ltd Warm up Handicap class followed by a Horsatack Saddlery Ltd Small Tour and then the Barnsby Saddlery Big Tour. Fences for these classes will start at 1.30m and 1.35 so we will be up and running with some top horses. Saturday morning starts at 09.00hrs with the Superflex Small Tour Grand Prix, those of you who are familiar with this class will know that in the final round horses will jump in reverse order which always puts on the pressure. The final Saturday morning class will be the Dodson & Horrell Big Tour Grand Prix with a prize fund of £6,000.

Saturday afternoon we have a new competition on the schedule for Amateurs commencing with the Cushionbed ‘A’ Tour followed by Henley & Barr ‘B’ Tour. The second leg of both of these exciting new classes will run on Sunday starting at 09.00hrs with the FAB Horses Open warm up followed by the Equimat Amateur ‘A’ Tour Grand Prix and finishing with the Holiday INN Amateur ‘B’ Tour.
