Hartpury College competitions bring together land owners, spectators and riders from all walks of life. They give endless possibilities to liaise and gain an insight into another world. Equestrian sports are one in which Britain is highly successful on the world stage being one of the few sports in which women and men compete on equal terms gives it an edge. Olympic medals are competed for at three different disciplines – Dressage, Show Jumping and Eventing. Many of the Riders who compete at Hartpury are on their journey to the London Olympics in 2012 they know that the vital experience gained while competing at Hartpury riding on top class surfaces help their preparation.
