Two gyms provide athletes with access to the specialist equipment they need to train in order to stay at their peak physical fitness. Our power gym is equipped with a range of weights, including squat racks and Olympic lifting platforms. The majority of our athletes’ strength and conditioning takes place here. The cross-training gym on the other hand gives access to the cardiovascular, resistance and free-weights equipment used for fitness and recovery sessions. Equipment includes spin bikes, treadmills, rowing machines and cross trainers.
