A Hartpury graduate and someone who knows Hartpury football inside out, Marc is a former Cheltenham Town professional who now runs our senior football programme.
Marc previously worked for Hartpury between 2004 and 2010 as a Sports Science lecturer and Football Player Development Manager before travelling down under to take up a player/coach role at Manly United in the New South Wales Premier State League.
Before he departed, he had also been part of the the Gloucester team that clinched a historic promotion to Conference North in 2010, having signed for the side back in 2007.
Marc holds a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science as well as an MSc in Coaching Science from Hartpury. He also has a PGCE and a UEFA A Coaching License.
The central defender has also played for Cirencester Town, Cinderford Town, Swindon Supermarine, Weston-super-Mare, Chippenham and Evesham.
Marc has captained the English Universities team for four years and won the Home Nation Tournament twice in 2006 and 2008 beating Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
During his time at Hartpury he was part of the winning British University Championship side in 2007 and 2008 and a losing finalist in 2009.
He has also represented Great Britain Universities Futsal in World Championships in Slovenia 2008 and was part of the British University Futsal Championship winning team with Hartpury in 2009.
Marc also holds a Level 4 FA Psychology in Football qualification.
