Diploma Students aged 19+

Students aged 19 or over on 31st August 2016 now have a number of choices for paying tuition fees. Details of the fees for 2016/17 year are available on this page as a download.

Level 2 Courses:

If you are aged under 24 on 31st August 2016 and you will be studying your first level 2 course then grant funding is available and there will be no tuition fees to pay.

Level 3 Courses:

If you are aged under 24 on 31st August 2016 and you will be studying your first level 3 course then grant funding is available and there will be no tuition fees to pay.

If you have already been successful with a level 3 qualification or if you are aged 24 or over on 31st August 2016 you will be liable for tuition fees. Your options for paying these fees are, pay the course fees yourself, have the fees paid by an employer or sponsor, apply for an Advanced Learner Loan.

Level 4 to 6 Courses:

Tuition fees will be due. Options for payment are pay the fees yourself, have the fees paid by an employer or sponsor or apply for an Advanced Learner Loan.

Advanced Learner Loans

To apply for an Advanced Learner Loan you will need a “Learning and funding information” letter from Hartpury before starting your application. The letter can be obtained from the College Admissions Office.
