Supporting our strategic ambition – Hartpury College and Hartpury University
For almost 70 years, Hartpury College has been offering vocational education. We now provide courses ranging from post-16 A-levels through to Honours degrees and Postgraduate courses, supporting over 3300 students to achieve their full potential. Our provision includes A-levels, Agriculture, Animal, Equine and Sport courses.
Our strategic vision is the creation of Hartpury College and Hartpury University, two specialist institutions with parity of esteem based on our one campus.
Our ethos and provision won’t change, but as a significant provider of specialist Higher Education, we believe that our application for University title offers the best context for us to support both our students, our staff, the industries we serve and the local economy. In fact we'll be even better placed to raise aspiration, academic progression and achievement for our Further Education students.
As a student, staff member or associate of the College, we’d appreciate just a few minutes of your time to let us know what you think.
We’ll be holding an Open Morning on the Friday 11th of August at 10.30am at the Equine Arena that you’re invited to attend. This will be an opportunity to hear a brief presentation by the Principal and ask any questions you may have.
Please complete the following questionnaire as soon as possible - our public consultation closes on August 29th.
Read Principal Russell Marchant’s letter explaining the reasons for our proposal and how you can support Hartpury's plans.
