Hartpury University 2021 Clearing applicants: If you are applying or thinking of applying to Hartpury University through Clearing for 2021 entry, you should instead contact our Admissions team on 01452 702333. Our friendly advisors will discuss your individual options and arrange for you to visit us on of our Clearing tours instead.
You should be aware that we have had some COVID cases at Hartpury. The students involved are in isolation so we do not deem your visit to Hartpury campus to put you at risk but we wanted to make you aware of this information.
Use the form below to book a campus tour.
Book your place
Campus tours are currently only available to students who are hoping to study with us starting September 2021
Your campus tour will consist of a mixture of both our general and specialist facilities, depending on your interests.
This will include restaurants and cafes, libraries and social spaces as well as subject specific facilities, such as our Sports Academies for Sport tours and the Farm for Agriculture tours.
On occasion, some of our facilities may not be available (for example, if teaching is taking place), but we will endeavour to show you as much as possible.
More details about what will happen on the day will be sent out two days before your tour so keep an eye out for then. This will include the most up to date Government guidelines, as well as information about where to park and where to report to.
Please be aware to arrive on time for your tour so there is a safe number of visitors arriving at reception.
We suggest that you only sign up for one campus tour and if you are interested in more than one subject, then our general campus tour is the best choice for you. If this choice is unavailable, let us know in the additional information box that you are interested in more than one subject area. It may be possible that, time permitting, your student ambassador will be able to show you the facilities for more than one course area on a tour.
If you are interested in Outdoor Adventure or Uniform Public Services, we advise you book onto an A-Level tour. This way your tour will be focused on our college facilities.
For other subjects not listed on our booking form, we advise you book onto a general tour as you will still be provided with the opportunity to see all of our main facilities at Hartpury.
For each tour, there should be two prospective students and each student is allowed to bring one guest.
However, if one of the prospective students does not add their guest to their booking, the booking system will allow others to book that last space. If you have booked this last space, this is why there is not enough room for you to bring a guest. If you do wish to bring a guest, please make sure you add that guest to your booking, and if it wont accept a guest, please book onto another available tour.
Due to current Government guidelines, we are unable to arrange meetings with staff on campus tours. However, your student ambassador will be able to answer some of your questions on the tour. There are also plenty of opportunities to hear from our staff- both lecturers and support staff- at one of our virtual open days. You can find out when our next open event will take place here.
The admissions team are happy to discuss any questions you may have regarding course entry and can be contacted on 01452 702244 or firstname.lastname@example.org
You should receive three emails from us prior to your campus tour. These are your initial booking confirmation of your tour, 'One week to go' and 'Two days to go' emails. All of these emails will have important information about your specific tour, so if you haven't received any of these emails, please do get in touch with us as soon as possible: email@example.com
Sometimes, these emails may get stuck in your spam folder so it is worth checking here and adding the sender to your safe list of email addresses.
We release new slots regularly, so do keep an eye on this page for new slots. If your subject area has no spaces left, we suggest signing up for a general campus tour. These will cover a variety of subject areas as part of the tour and as long as you let us know your subject area in advance, we can plan where to show you in advance.
We will release new dates for our campus tours regularly, so keep an eye on this page for more dates.
Unfortunately, at this current time, we cannot offer slots outside those advertised on our booking forms.
Due to the high demand, if you can no longer make your tour, please use the button on your digital ticket to cancel your tour.
Alternatively, please let us know as soon as possible. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
First, please cancel your existing tour booking by using the button on your digital ticket which will have been emailed to you immediately after booking your tour.
Then, simply fill in the booking form and select a new date and time for a tour you are able to attend.
Safety is our main priority for both visitors and students and as such, all visitors will need to follow Hartpury guidelines, as well as the most up-to-date Government guidelines. You will be informed in your campus tour emails of any guidelines that you must follow, for example, limits to the amount of people on the tour, social distancing rules and the wearing of face masks.
If there are any updates in the meantime, including cancellation due to tougher Government restrictions being put into place, we will be in touch as soon as possible.
Don't worry, there will still be plenty of chances to visit our campus throughout the academic year of 2021-22 if restrictions are still lifted.
