Our face-to-face campus tours provide prospective students the opportunity to explore our outstanding facilities on our beautiful campus in Gloucestershire. We can't wait to welcome you onto campus to find out more about what Hartpury has to offer.
Each tour will be led by an experienced student ambassador who will be able to provide an insight into student life, explain what a typical day is like and you will have the opportunity to ask questions throughout the tour to expand your understanding of life at Hartpury.
- Tours will last 50 minutes
- They are for 2021 and 2022 entry only
- Each tour has a specific time slot- once you have booked, you can check your e-ticket for the exact time of your tour
- Each prospective student is allowed to bring up to two guests on the tour - please add your guest(s) when filling out the booking form (no names are required for guests and guests wont appear on the ticket)
- Tours are split into University or College. If you are interested in Agriculture, please look for tours that have an Agriculture focus (the next agriculture tour is the 20th October). All other tours will not include our farm facilities
- Each tour will follow Hartpury safety guidelines to ensure the safety of everyone on the tour and campus
- Please note: For safeguarding reasons, your tour won’t include viewing inside accommodation or meeting members of staff. Our admissions team will be happy to discuss any questions you have and can be contacted on 01452 702244 or email@example.com
UPDATE: 16 September 2021 We will continue to request that visitors to campus wear face masks in masked zones, use our hand sanitiser stations located across the campus and keep to social distancing throughout the tour.
Use the form below to book your face-to-face campus tour.
Book your place
Campus tours are currently only available to students who are hoping to study with us starting September 2022
Your campus tour will consist of a mixture of both our general and specialist facilities, depending on your interests.
This will include restaurants and cafes, libraries and social spaces as well as subject specific facilities, such as our Sports Academies, Equine arena, animal collection or farm (for Agriculture tours only).
On occasion, some of our facilities may not be available (for example, if teaching is taking place), but we will endeavour to show you as much as possible.
More details about what will happen on the day will be sent out two days before your tour so keep an eye out for then. This will include the most up to date safety guidelines, as well as information about where to park and where to report to.
Please be aware to arrive on time for your tour so there is a safe number of visitors arriving at reception and to ensure you don't miss your tour.
As our tours are split into College or University, our tours can cover multiple subject areas if need be. Our tours are only 50 minutes so we won't be able to show all of our facilities in one tour, but we endeavour to show you as much as possible.
If you are potentially interested in Agriculture, we suggest that you book a tour with an Agriculture focus. You will still have the opportunity to see our general facilities as part of this tour.
Due to current Hartpury safety guidelines, we are unable to arrange meetings with staff on campus tours. However, your student ambassador will be able to answer some of your questions on the tour. There are also plenty of opportunities to hear from our staff- both lecturers and support staff- at one of our virtual open days. You can find out when our next open event will take place here.
The admissions team are happy to discuss any questions you may have regarding course entry and can be contacted on 01452 702244 or firstname.lastname@example.org
You should receive three emails from us prior to your campus tour. These are your initial booking confirmation of your tour, 'One week to go' and 'Two days to go' emails. All of these emails will have important information about your specific tour, so if you haven't received any of these emails, please do get in touch with us as soon as possible: email@example.com
Sometimes, these emails may get stuck in your spam folder so it is worth checking here and adding the sender to your safe list of email addresses.
We release new slots regularly, so do keep an eye on this page for new slots. If spaces become available on current tours, the tours will be added back onto the form as an option.
We will release new dates for our campus tours regularly, so keep an eye on this page for more dates.
Unfortunately, at this current time, we cannot offer slots outside those advertised on our booking forms.
Due to the high demand, if you can no longer make your tour, please use the button on your e-ticket to cancel your tour.
Alternatively, please let us know as soon as possible. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
First, please cancel your existing tour booking by using the button on your e-ticket, which will have been emailed to you immediately after booking your tour.
Then, simply fill in the booking form again and select a new date and time for a tour you are able to attend.
Safety is our main priority for both visitors and students and as such, all visitors will need to follow Hartpury guidelines, as well as the most up-to-date Government guidelines. You will be informed in your campus tour emails of any guidelines that you must follow, for example, social distancing rules and the wearing of face masks.
If there are any updates in the meantime, including cancellation due to tougher Government restrictions being put into place, we will be in touch as soon as possible.
Due to high demand, we can currently only offer tours to those interested in starting in 2022.
