  • Russell Marchant

    Job title:
    Vice-Chancellor, Principal and CEO

    Russell joined Hartpury University and Hartpury College in September 2012 as Chief Executive and Principal after having held a similar position for 12 years at a land-based college in Scotland. Russell graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a degree in agriculture and has spent 30 years in land-based education during which time he gained an MBA.

  • Rosie Scott-Ward

    Job title:
    Pro Vice-Chancellor, Hartpury University

    Rosie came to Hartpury in 1997 as a HND Horse Studies student, progressing to the BSc (Hons) Equine Science, completing with a 2.1, and then an MSc Equine Science. Rosie heads up curriculum design, and teaching and learning for Hartpury University.

  • Lynn Forrester-Walker

    Job title:
    Vice Principal Business and Finance, Deputy CEO

    Lynn is in charge of all things finance at Hartpury, including heading up our estates strategy so that our facilities and resources can support our continued growth. She also leads on student finance, risk management and business continuity planning.

  • Claire Whitworth

    Job title:
    Vice Principal, Further Education

    Claire heads up teaching and learning and curriculum design for Hartpury College. She was previously Head of Faculty, a Subject Manager and lecturer at another land-based college.

    Director of HR and Residential Services

    Lesley has overall responsibility for pastoral care and support and accommodation for our students, as well as Human Resources and Conferencing.

  • Tom Radcliffe

    Job title:
    Director of Elite Sport

    Tom takes a lead role in ensuring the continued development and success of Hartpury’s 10 elite sports academies and its elite performers. Tom has worked for Hartpury for more than 10 years and started up the football programme here.

    Job title:
    Director of Facilities

    Hartpury has invested more than £50million on its specialist campus in the last 10 years and John and his team are responsible for ensuring these facilities continue to meet the needs of students, as well as leading on new developments on site, most recently the £3.5million College Learning Centre.
