Congratulations on your offer! We hope you're looking forward to joining us in the autumn.
On this page, you'll find everything you need to know about your enrolment. You've received your enrolment guide in the post, but you'll find a digital copy on this page too. You should have received an email about your subject webinar. We'll upload a recording to the bottom of this page afterward, so you can watch it back at any time.
Your enrolment
We plan to run a campus-based enrolment over the first two weeks of September.
New students will enrol during the first two weeks (Tuesday 1 - Monday 7 September) and returning students will enrol in the second week (Tuesday 8 - Friday 11 September).
We’re currently working on our plans, in line with evolving Government advice, to make sure you have the best and safest experience. We’ll keep in touch with you as our plans for enrolment develop.
For the latest updates, visit our Covid-19 FAQs page.
Completing your forms
In the meantime, it’s really important that you print your forms and fill in the paper copies. This will help us to ensure the processes is as quick and efficient as possible on the day. If you have any issues filling in the forms, we can help you at your enrolment. We’ll have paper copies available too, in case you don’t have access to a printer.
Select ‘new’ or ‘returning’ students below to find your forms.
Please send the finance (Direct Debit) forms back to us now, using the address at the top of the forms. Bring the rest of your completed forms to your enrolment.
Term dates
We’re sorry to say that we made an error in the term dates for A-level students. Please be aware that teaching runs until Friday 2 April. The two-week Easter holiday is Monday 5 – Friday 16 April. We’ve updated the online enrolment guides on this page with the correct term dates. You can also find your term dates here.
Paying for transport
If you're applying to travel to and from campus using Hartpury transport, please visit our online shop to pay your £100 deposit as soon as possible.
