Hartpury College invites businesses to get involved in the West Country Corporate Challenge Rugby Cup. The mixed gender teams from both national and regional leading organisations get on their kits and battle it out to be crowned champions!
Regardless of experience, the event is open to anyone to play and have some fun!
The tournament is held in partnership with 7Bamboos Rugby - a company founded by Hartpury graduate Max Lueck with the aim of providing sevens coaching to schools, in order to grow the game and run successful tournaments, teams and training sessions.
Before the event kicks off, all attendees are invited to attend the Rugby Business Network (RBN) Breakfast where those with an interest in rugby will get the chance to network, listen to a guest speaker and enjoy a complimentary breakfast.
The RBN is the world’s biggest and most influential business network for people with a passion for rugby. It is a not-for-profit organisation that connects senior business people who share a passion for rugby in the hope they can justify making a sustained commitment to the rugby community.
Each team must be made up of male and female players employed by the participating organisation.
Squad sizes should be between eight to 12 players, with six players then taking to the field for each match as the teams battle it out to be crowned champions of the West Country!
