You’ll learn from practicing professionals with heaps of industry experience, as you gain the skills to succeed as part of a multi-disciplinary treatment team, ready for your career.

Your first two years will follow a similar structure to the BSc Sports Therapy programme, but with a focus on equestrian athletes. You’ll then gain essential industry experience through a work placement as you begin to integrate master’s-level study into your degree through a practical research project in an area of interest.

You’ll undertake a minimum of 200 hours of work experience in an equestrian practice or another sporting environment to ensure you’re industry ready when you graduate. Students have recently worked with British Showjumping as part of their ‘Step up to Gold’ programme and have also gained experience working at our own NAF International Hartpury Horse Trials.
