Moving in

Residential Welcome Day

If you’re moving into Hartpury accommodation, your Residential Welcome Day is on Sunday 16 September. This is when you'll pick up your keys and move into your new home on-campus.

Here's the time and location for your course:

  • 10am – 11am FdSc Animal, Land and Veterinary Nursing Programmes
  • 11am – 12pm Honours Degree Animal, Land and Veterinary Nursing Programmes
  • 12pm – 1pm FdSc Equine Programmes
  • 1pm – 2pm Honours Degree Equine Programmes (including MSci)
  • 2pm – 3pm – FdSc Sport Programmes
  • 3pm – 4pm – Honours Degree Sports Programmes

We'll be on-hand during the day to answer your questions and help you to find everything you need. Say hello to your new housemates and meet the wardens in your block. They'll always be someone around to help you if you need them.

When you're all moved in, head down to Legends student bar and join the 'Welcome to our house' party on Sunday evening.

If you're moving into student accommodation but it's not on-site, such as Student Digs, you'll receive information direct from them about moving in. You're invited to the Welcome Party on Sunday evening, so make sure you come along and meet your new friends. Andy Cars offer a special taxi rate during Fresher’s week so you won’t miss out on the fun.

Going to be late arriving?

If you're unable to arrive on Residential Welcome Day, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing accommodation@hartpury.ac.uk

If we're not informed, then you may be at risk of losing your allocated room.

We’re unable to accept earlier arrivals, unless you're arriving from outside the UK and you have provided us with your flight information. If you have any questions, please email international@hartpury.ac.uk
