Nikki provides leadership and direction to Hartpury’s CI activities. With over 17 years of project and change management experience, she gained valuable lean experience at Toyota before gaining a Six Sigma Black Belt qualification. The CI department encourages a culture of making positive changes to processes and works with staff across Hartpury to improve both staff and student experience.
