Hartpury FC produced a frightening performance to get back to winning ways thrashing Brixham AFC 7-1 at the 4ED Hartpury Stadium on Saturday.
Louis Manning grabbed himself a hat-trick, Tomos Shyamapant a late brace all around goals from Renato Prifti and Vanylson Silva to secure all three Southern League points.
The first opportunity of the game fell to the Acorns when Manning saw an effort deflected onto the post, on from close range on 12 minutes.
The Acorns early pressure was worth the value on 20 minutes when Silva was left free at the back post to roll home from close range.
It was all Hartpury in the first half as the Acorns doubled their lead on 36 minutes through a superb reaction volley from Manning, rifling past the goalkeeper from 12-yards.
Brixham tried their best to get one back but saw back-to-back headers fly wide and get cleared off the line by Sol Kent on 43 minutes.
That late pressure wasn’t enough to stop the Acorn taking a 2-0 lead into the break.

The Acorns came out the traps again in the second period having two half chances on 51 minutes and 57 minutes.
Manning saw an effort well blocked behind before Silva couldn’t get enough purchase on an effort from close range to turn a Billy Osborn cross.
But Manning did double his tally for the afternoon on 65 minutes when he diverted a Jacob Towns cross into the bottom corner.
Manning secured a sensational hat-trick on 73 minutes when he found acres of space in behind before calmly rolling the ball into the bottom corner from 18-yards.
Brixham grabbed one back on 80 minutes but it was a late riot from the Acorns as substitute, Shyamapant bagged a three minute brace on 90 and 93 minutes with two rifling finishes.
Prifti rounded off a fantastic afternoon with a sensational finish into the top corner from distance.
This result saw the Acorns end their winless run and pick up a first home win since September and we will look to build on this result when we travel to Frome Town next Saturday.
