Hartpury Business students collect ILM Award

Students from BA (Hons) Equine Business Management & BA (Hons) Sport Business Management were awarded their ILM Level 2 Team Award in Leadership and Team Skills.

Last year, the college ran a successful pilot scheme in which the Award was offered as a supplement to the main course of study. Now the Award has been fully embedded within the Sports Business Management programme structure, offering all students the chance to gain a valuable additional vocational qualification as part of their course.

The initiative was designed in collaboration between the business academic team and Hartpury Business, who deliver vocational management programmes to the business community outside the college.

Receiving their certificates from Matt Birch, Director of HE Sport, were Chris Reed, Lona Price Jones, Igor Fijilowski, Rachel Simms and Faye Weinand. Cameron Howard (not pictured) also completed the Award successfully.

Apart from Matt Birch, also present were Gill Reindl from our academic team and Stephen Whitbourn from Hartpury Business.
