Hartpury College student, Gee-Won-Park, helped her ISGA team past a strong field of university players at the Stirling Invitational competition.

The young trio, representing the Independent Schools Golf Association (ISGA), finished thirteen shots ahead of runners up, the University of St. Andrews, with the hosts, the University of Stirling taking up third.

Gee-Won, and her two teammates, competed against other threesomes from the UK, Ireland, Canada and the USA in challenging and breezy conditions at the Dundonald Links.

David Quinn, from the ISGA, said “This being the second university event we have entered and won both times only shows the strength of schools golf in the UK.”
