Hartpury BUCS Men to face Royal Navy Rugby Union in charity fixture

Hartpury University will host a special charity rugby match later this month as Hartpury BUCS Men take on the Royal Navy Rugby Union team in an exciting floodlit fixture at the 4ED Stadium. The event will raise funds for Rugby 4 Heroes, the chosen charity for the match.

Taking place on Wednesday 18 March 2026, the match will kick off at 7:00pm and promises to be a lively evening of rugby, entertainment and community spirit. The event is open to students, families, grassroots rugby clubs, local supporters and businesses, bringing together the university, the armed forces and the wider community for a fantastic cause.

Alongside the on-field action, supporters can enjoy live DJ entertainment, food and drink, and a half-time crossbar challenge, creating a vibrant matchday atmosphere under the lights.

For those looking to make the most of the evening, a ‘Networking Experience’ will begin at 5:30pm, offering guests a chance to connect with fellow supporters while supporting the charity.
