Our assistant roles enable students to join us as part-time staff members alongside their studies and earn a salary whilst gaining new skills and expertise. Successful candidates will become part of a dynamic academic team, benefitting from formal training opportunities and coaching from senior staff.

Our Animal and Agriculture department brings two important specialisms, merging science with hands-on learning. Within each discipline we have expert lecturers, researchers and industry practitioners who are leading professional practice and producing world-leading and internationally relevant research.

Our Studentship Scheme enables students to complement postgraduate study with real-world research within a paid position. Develop specialist subject knowledge and skills whilst gaining experience and transferable skills for the world of employment. Graduates have progressed into lecturing, academia, performance analysis, senior coaching and sponsorship roles.
