Hartpury University and Hartpury College are sponsoring the Most Innovative Business of the Year category for the second year running at the SoGlos Gloucestershire Business Awards 2022 (SGGBA).
They’ll join fellow sponsors including Gloucestershire County Council, Hazlewoods, Barclays, Ecotricity, QuoLux and the Montrose Group.
This year’s awards will take place on Thursday 20 October 2022 at Cheltenham’s new Minster Exchange, with returning compere, the BBC’s Steve Knibbs, revealing a new roster of winners across a total of 22 categories.
Russell Marchant, Vice-Chancellor of Hartpury University and Principal of Hartpury College, said: “Hartpury University and Hartpury College are delighted to sponsor the SoGlos Gloucestershire Business Awards once again.
“We chose to support the ‘Most Innovative Business of the Year’ category not only since it reflects the innovative practice and research taking place here at Hartpury, but because we realise the importance of celebrating innovation across our county and beyond.”
Stuart Emmerson, Director of Business Development, added: “The inaugural SoGlos Gloucestershire Business Awards held last year were a huge success, so we are thrilled to be a headline sponsor this year.
“Our sponsorship allows us to play our part in helping to create a dynamic, inclusive, and thriving local economy. “We are keen to work closely with businesses through research projects, work placements and as partners helping to make Gloucestershire a magnet for innovative firms.”
We look forward to joining some of the brightest regional businesses at what promises to be a superb event in the Gloucestershire calendar.”
